PyGObject 3.8.1 Brings GStreamer Rules
The first maintenance release of the stable PyGObject 3.8 library for the GNOME desktop environment has been announced some time ago, fixing a few bugs and introducing new rules.
PyGObject 3.8.1 brings GStreamer rules, implemented in the pygi-convert.sh file, as well as a TreeModelFlags rule, implemented in pygi-convert.
Moreover, the enum and flags marshaling type assumptions were fixed in this stasble release of PyGObject. The stack corruption, which appeared due to incorrect format for argument parser, was fixed, and the g_strdup() function is now used consistently.
PyGObject 3.8.1 is part of the GNOME 3.8.1 desktop environment upgrade, which was released on April 18, 2013. More details about the PyGObject 3.8.1 stable release you can always check out the official raw changelog.
