DOTA 2 Gets Yet Another Patch, Crashes Fixed
The team at Valve working on DOTA 2 are releasing another patch for the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena title, hot on the heels of a previous update during the week.
The company is not changing core elements of the game experience at the moment but it is eliminating a number of problems that gamers have been reporting.
The full list of changes states:
- Made team schedule text entry boxes 32 characters rather than 16.
- Fixed crash on Alt-Tab.
- Fixed crash on map load.
- Increased the size of the team selection dropdown.
- Corrected a sorting issue in the heroes played profile popup
- Changed memory allocation strategy to address a crash when the game has been running for a long time.
Valve is constantly updating DOTA 2, which is supposed to exit beta stage before the end of the year.
